为了确保船用燃料油油品质量,对油品中密度进行严格检测, 燃油的密度(密度既是计量参数,又是质量指标)数值的大小与其化学成分和馏分组成有关,在使用中有非常重要的意义。一般而言,密度过高的燃料油,其质量热值相对较低。密度越大,高沸点成分越多,胶质沥青质越多,质量越差。 通过密度检测数据,我们可以判断油品中的密度是否符合标准,更好的帮助用户选择适合的船用燃料油。1.数据采集:从油库收集原始数据,包括采样地点,采样时间;2.数据检测:对采集的样品上硫含量进行检测获得相关数据结果;3.数据处理:将收集到的油库采样样品的密度进行归集,(燃料油密度-燃料油密度标准值)/燃料油密度标准值=燃料油密度超标比例,数值为负的话,意味着密度未超过标准值,油品质量合格。

To ensure the quality of marine fuel oil, the density of the oil product is strictly tested. The density of fuel oil, which serves as both a measurement parameter and a quality indicator, is related to its chemical composition and fraction composition, and is of great practical significance in actual use. Generally, fuel oil with excessively high density has a relatively low heating value. The higher the density, the more high-boiling components, colloids and asphaltenes it contains, and the poorer the fuel quality. Based on the density test data, we can determine whether the density of the oil product conforms to the specified standards, so as to better assist users in selecting suitable marine fuel oils. 1. Data Collection: Collect raw data from oil depots, including sampling location and sampling time; 2. Data Detection: Detect the sulfur content in the collected samples to obtain relevant test results; 3. Data Processing: Aggregate the density data of the oil depot sampling samples. Calculate the excess ratio of fuel oil density using the formula: (fuel oil density - standard fuel oil density) / standard fuel oil density. If the calculated value is negative, it means the fuel oil density does not exceed the standard, and the oil product quality is qualified.
