The faults are described by descriptive cards and are accompanied by photographic images. Their location and geographical extent is highlighted through an integrated mapping service. Registered users can report any new failures by declaring their geographical location and accompanying the report with photos, GPX tracks and textual information本门户旨在查询区域灾害登记系统（Regional Disaster Register）数据库中的各类数据，配备先进检索工具。所有灾情记录均配有专属描述卡片，并附带实拍影像。其地理位置与地理覆盖范围可通过集成地图服务高亮展示。注册用户可通过申报自身所在地理位置，并上传照片、GPX轨迹与文本信息，上报新增灾情记录。
