Input files for TALYS-1.9 nuclear reaction modelling code with best fit parameters for high-energy proton induced reactions on 93Nb and 139La spherical targets. Parameters were manually tuned using numerous experimentally measured residual product excitation functions simultaneously to try and generate unique and global solutions. Adjusting the pre-equilibrium exciton model was a central focus in generating these best fit parameters.
