Map Viewing Service (WMS) of the dataset: PPRI Marne aval — Épernay sector — CCGVM — perimeter of the PPRi

This dataset contains the scope of exposure to flood risk of the public institution of intercommunal cooperation (EPCI) Communauté de Communes de la Grande Vallée de la Marne (CCGVM) which partly corresponds to the perimeter regulated by the PPRi prescribed by prefectoral decree of 12 October 2017. This partial perimeter on the CCGVM, will be public easement and will be included in easement PM1 upon approval.

Genealogy:
The perimeter of the prescribed PPRi is provided in the Prefect’s prescription order. The regulated scope corresponds to the geometric aggregation of all the restricted areas included in the same PPRi. The scope of the study corresponds to the envelope of the EPCI concerned in which the hazards were studied.

本数据集涵盖跨市镇合作公共机构（EPCI）马恩大谷跨市镇共同体（CCGVM）的洪水风险暴露范围，该范围部分对应2017年10月12日省长令规定的防洪风险预防规划（PPRi）所管控的边界。该共同体辖区内的上述部分边界将纳入公共地役权范畴，并在获批后归入PM1地役权范围。

数据集溯源：
法定PPRi的边界由省长令文件予以明确。本次管控范围为同一PPRi所涵盖的全部受限区域的几何聚合结果。本研究的范围对应本次涉及的EPCI辖区的外包络范围，该范围内已开展灾害相关研究。
