Epigenetic regulation of the mesenchymal niche during pancreatic epithelial development

Exploring the role of epigenetic regulation in the E13.5 pancreatic mesenchyme by Eed to understand its role in chromatin regulation using ATAC-seq, transcriptional regulation using RNA-seq, and in the regulation of transcriptional heterogeneity using scRNA-seq. Overall design: N=2 independent replicates performed for RNA-seq and ATAC-seq of control E13.5 pancreatic mesenchyme versus mutant E13.5 Eed knockout mesenchyme. scRNA-seq was performed on whole control E13.5 pancreata versus whole mutant E13.5 Eed knockout pancreata.
