Microbiology Lab IBBA Pisa Bacterial Collection (IBBA-MLIP-BACTERIA)

MLIP collection preserves fungal, microalgal and bacterial strains, mainly isolated from the Mediterranean agro-food and natural systems. It contains in vivo and in vitro cultures of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal (AMF) isolates, endophytic bacteria from Canapa sp., Psoralea sp., phycospheric and mycorrhizospheric/rhizospheric bacteria.MLIP菌种保藏库（MLIP collection）保藏了真菌、微藻与细菌菌株，上述菌株主要分离自地中海地区的农业食品系统与自然生态系统。该保藏库包含丛枝菌根真菌（arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal, AMF）分离株的活体培养物与体外培养物，同时涵盖来自大麻属（Canapa sp.）、补骨脂属（Psoralea sp.）的内生细菌，以及藻际细菌与菌根际/根际细菌。
