Research Data for Comparing logistic regression and machine learning for obesity risk prediction: a systematic review and meta-analysis

1. Obesity Review Data Extraction file: This file lists all the data items extracted for the review. It has two sheets. Sheet 1(termed Data_extraction) is the list of data items extracted from the included studies. Sheet 2 (termed meta_data) is the dataset for the meta-analysis.

4. Meta_obesity : contains all the codes used in the meta-analysis.
