Genomic DNA sequencing of membrane-bound complement regulator genes (CR1, CR1L and CR2) from eight individual patients, and one pool of 35 patients, all with Age-related macular degeneration (AMD), so nine datasets in total. This uploaded data contains only the membrane-bound complement regulator genes (chromosome 1: 207,494,717 to 208,084,842 on hg19) which is reported in paper "Membrane-bound Complement Regulator Genes: Sequence and RNA Expression in the Eye", Hughes et al, in preparation.
