TAC 补偿膜的制备需在玻璃化转变温度(Tg)附近进行热拉伸调控三个光轴方向结构,进而实现三个方向折射率的控制,本数据集面向TAC补偿膜在拉伸场作用下片晶、纤维晶等多尺度结构和光学延迟值演化的研究,结合同步辐射X射线散射和双折射联用技术,研究TAC 基膜拉伸过程中结构参数(结晶度、取向度、片晶、纤维晶等)和双折射、光学延迟值的演化,建其加工-结构-性能关系,探索TAC 补偿膜加工新工艺。本数据集来自X射线散射测试和相位差仪测试,记录了三醋酸纤维素(CAT)薄膜,二醋酸纤维素(CDA)薄膜和柠檬酸三丁酯增塑三醋酸纤维素(P-CAT)薄膜在拉伸过程中实时采集的宽角X射线散射(WAXS)二维图谱,经数据处理后得到的晶体结构数据图谱,以及拉伸过程中取向双折射的变化信息,是CA薄膜后拉伸加工过程中的结构-性能关系数据库。 数据量大小约1G。
The fabrication of TAC compensation films necessitates hot stretching near the glass transition temperature (Tg) to modulate the structure along three optical axis directions, thus enabling precise control over the refractive indices in the three directions. This dataset is developed for research on the evolution of multi-scale structures (e.g., lamellar crystals, fibrillar crystals) and optical retardation values of TAC compensation films under a stretching field. By integrating synchrotron X-ray scattering and birefringence characterization techniques, this study investigates the variations of structural parameters (including crystallinity, orientation degree, lamellar crystals, fibrillar crystals, etc.), birefringence, and optical retardation values during the stretching of TAC-based films, establishes the processing-structure-property relationship, and explores novel processing technologies for TAC compensation films. This dataset is obtained from X-ray scattering tests and phase retardometer tests, which records the real-time acquired two-dimensional wide-angle X-ray scattering (WAXS) patterns of cellulose acetate triacetate (CAT) films, cellulose acetate diacetate (CDA) films, and tributyl citrate plasticized cellulose acetate triacetate (P-CAT) films during stretching, the crystal structure data patterns derived after data processing, and the variation information of orientational birefringence throughout the stretching process. This is a structure-property relationship database for the post-stretching processing of cellulose acetate (CA) films. The total data volume is approximately 1 GB.
