Dataset Direct Download Service (WFS): New-Aquitaine: Territorial Coherence Diagram (SCoT) — Perimeters and administrative follow-up (surface)

This dataset contains the scope and administrative follow-up of the Territorial Coherence Schemes (SCoT) in the New Aquitaine region. The Territorial Coherence Scheme (SCoT) is an urban planning document that sets out, at the level of several municipalities or groupings of municipalities, the basic guidelines for the organisation of the territory and the evolution of urban areas, in order to preserve a balance between urban, industrial, tourist, agricultural and natural areas. Established by the SRU Law of 13 December 2000, it sets the objectives of the various public policies on housing, economic development and displacement. These data were developed from the national monitoring application of urban planning and housing documents (SuDocUH) and supplemented by information collected from DDT(M) and DREAL services in the New Aquitaine region.本数据集涵盖新阿基坦大区（New Aquitaine）领土连贯性规划（Territorial Coherence Schemes，SCoT）的覆盖范围与行政跟踪情况。 领土连贯性规划（SCoT）是一类面向多市镇或市镇联合体的城市规划文件，明确了领土组织与城区发展的基本准则，旨在维持城市、工业、旅游、农业与自然空间之间的发展平衡。该规划由2000年12月13日颁布的《团结与城市更新法》（SRU Law）确立，用以明确住房、经济发展与人员出行相关各项公共政策的目标。 本数据集依托全国城市规划与住房文件监测系统（SuDocUH）构建，并补充了从新阿基坦大区省领土与海洋事务局（DDT(M)）及大区环境、规划与住房局（DREAL）采集的相关信息。
