Transcriptome Sequencing of H1N1 Virus Infection in Chicken Embryo Liver and Lung

This study investigates the transcriptional changes induced by H1N1 virus infection in the liver and lung tissues of chicken embryos. Using a chicken embryo infection model, the virus was inoculated into specific pathogen-free (SPF) embryos, and tissues were collected for RNA sequencing. The transcriptomic data will reveal differentially expressed genes and pathways involved in host-virus interactions, providing insights into the molecular mechanisms of H1N1 infection in avian hosts.
