本数据为柴达木盆地生物地球化学和稳定同位素地球化学的相关数据,在新生代,波动的气候条件是如何影响区域湿度水平的,很大程度上是未知的。这套数据主要是基于典型剖面的古生物、沉积地层、生物地球化学等研究手段,探讨柴达木盆地新生代对青藏高原隆升的沉积、气候和生物响应。上传数据主要是通过对于柴达木盆地大红沟剖面地层对比、古生物化石、生物标志物和碳酸盐氧同位素研究获取的数据。初步研究处理结果表明,数据质量较高。

This dataset comprises biogeochemical and stable isotope geochemical data from the Qaidam Basin. To date, it remains largely unclear how fluctuating climatic conditions during the Cenozoic era affected regional humidity levels. This dataset was primarily developed using research approaches including paleontology, sedimentary stratigraphy, and biogeochemistry on typical profiles, to explore the sedimentary, climatic, and biological responses of the Qaidam Basin to the uplift of the Tibetan Plateau during the Cenozoic. The uploaded data were acquired through studies on stratigraphic correlation, paleontological fossils, biomarkers, and carbonate oxygen isotopes of the Dahonggou section in the Qaidam Basin. Preliminary research and data processing results demonstrate that the data quality is relatively high.
