NRS-10631 | Ballot registers and result sheets for the issue of taxi cab and hire car licences

In most cases there are ballot registers and result sheets filed together, with related correspondence attached. Ballot registers show in alphabetical order the full name of each participant, together with address and number in the ballot. Details of time and place of drawing, number of licences to be issued and contingencies drawn and the area in which vehicles may operate are shown and the register is signed by an officer of the department to certify its correctness. The successful participants and those drawn as contingencies are shown on the result sheets.
