This dataset contains the numerical source data supporting the article entitled “Clinical Applicable Skin-interfaced Thermal Guiding Sensor for Warning Perioperative Abnormalities in Core Body Temperature and Blood Perfusion Rate.” The study presents a compact, skin-interfaced multimodal thermal sensing platform for the non-invasive monitoring of tissue thermal conductivity, blood perfusion rate, core body temperature, and surface heat flux. The uploaded Excel workbook contains 47 worksheets, each named according to the corresponding main or supplementary figure panel. The dataset includes optical reflectance measurements of the radiative cooling film, transient thermal responses and fitted results for thermal-guiding materials, simulated temperature distributions and thermal penetration depths, phantom-based calibration and validation data, heat-flux and core-temperature measurements, and physiological measurements collected under resting, sleeping, exercise, environmental-exposure, and perioperative conditions. It also includes comparison data obtained using conventional dual-heat-flux sensors, wearable temperature patches, oral thermometers, invasive esophageal temperature probes, heart-rate measurements, perfusion-index measurements, and Bland–Altman analyses. Column headings specify the measured variables and units, and time-series measurements are presented using relative time rather than calendar dates. Human-subject data have been de-identified and contain no names, medical-record numbers, exact dates, contact information, or other direct personal identifiers. Coded subject labels are used where required for data presentation. This record provides the numerical source data underlying the figures. Detailed information regarding the experimental procedures, sensor design, numerical models, data-processing methods, ethical approvals, and interpretation of the results is provided in the associated article and its Supplementary Information.
