资源简介:
Thermal manipulation (TM) during embryogenesis has been proposed as a developmental programming strategy to enhance thermotolerance in poultry, mitigating the adverse effects of heat stress (HS) on growth, metabolism, and welfare. Transcriptomic profiling provides a robust framework to examine how TM influences gene regulation across tissues and developmental stages. This project investigates the impact of embryonic TM and HS on transcriptional trajectories of the liver tissue, exploring how early temperature modulation may alter molecular responses using a two-factorial design. Elucidating these mechanisms will advance understanding of avian thermal adaptation and support the development of heat-resilient poultry production under climate stress.
