水淹定时定量控制培养装置及使用方法,用于方便对水生植物进行定时水淹培养。培养箱与集水箱上下设置,在培养箱的底部设有沙土槽,沙土槽内放置有沙土,在培养箱内腔中设有夹持水生植物的夹持单元;水淹单元包括固定在集水箱外壁上的第一水泵、设置在第一水泵与集水箱之间的第一导管、设置在集水箱上的过渡箱、设置在第一水泵与过渡箱之间的第二导管、设置在过渡箱顶部的第二水泵、设置在第二水泵与过渡箱之间的第三导管、设置在第二水泵与培养箱之间的第四导管、设置在集水箱上部与培养箱之间的第五导管,在第四导管上设有流量计,在第五导管上设有电磁阀,在培养箱内设有液位传感器。本发明可以方便对水生植物进行水淹研究。

Timed and Quantitative Waterlogging Control Cultivation Device and Its Operating Method This apparatus is developed to facilitate timed waterlogging cultivation of aquatic plants. The incubator and water collection tank are vertically arranged in an up-down configuration. A sand-soil tank is installed at the bottom of the incubator, with sand-soil contained within; a clamping unit for securing aquatic plants is provided in the internal cavity of the incubator. The waterlogging unit includes: a first water pump fixed to the outer wall of the water collection tank, a first conduit disposed between the first water pump and the water collection tank, a transition tank mounted on the water collection tank, a second conduit connecting the first water pump and the transition tank, a second water pump installed at the top of the transition tank, a third conduit between the second water pump and the transition tank, a fourth conduit connecting the second water pump and the incubator, and a fifth conduit connecting the upper section of the water collection tank and the incubator. A flow meter is mounted on the fourth conduit, a solenoid valve is installed on the fifth conduit, and a liquid level sensor is arranged inside the incubator. This invention enables convenient execution of waterlogging research on aquatic plants.
