This dataset, named SEED, records electroencephalogram (EEG) signals from 15 subjects while they watched 15 video clips selected from movies, which are categorized into three emotional classes: positive, neutral, and negative. The EEG signals were recorded using 62 electrodes at a sampling rate of 1000 Hz, and then downsampled to 200 Hz.
