针对目前埋入式应变感知器件的成活率过低,有必要对应变感知器件在施工阶段的性能薄弱环节进行研究,以提高应变感知器件在施工阶段的成活率,考虑沥青混合料高温条件下不均匀性,因此从细观层面分析应变感知器件的施工耐受性,首先利用随机算法构建感知器件与混合料的耦合分析模型,进一步建立了压路机钢轮施工过程的振动载荷,模拟施工阶段振动压路机对沥青混合料及感知器件的作用,从而分析感知器件的施工耐受性。

Aiming at the currently low survival rate of embedded strain sensing devices, it is necessary to investigate the performance vulnerabilities of such devices during the construction phase to improve their survival rate in this stage. Given the non-uniformity of asphalt mixtures under high-temperature conditions, this study analyzes the construction tolerance of strain sensing devices from the mesoscopic scale. Firstly, a coupling analysis model between the sensing device and the asphalt mixture is constructed using a random algorithm. Furthermore, a vibration load model for the steel wheel of a roller during the construction process is established to simulate the effects of the vibrating roller on the asphalt mixture and the sensing device during the construction phase, thereby analyzing the construction tolerance of the sensing devices.
