国家林业和草原局2020年第一批授予植物新品种权名单

国家林草局发布2020年第13号公告，根据《中华人民共和国种子法》《中华人民共和国植物新品种保护条例》《中华人民共和国植物新品种保护条例实施细则（林业部分）》的规定，经过受理申请、初步审查、实质审查等程序，“辛提拉（Scintilla）”等166件植物新品种权申请符合授权条件，国家林草局决定授予植物新品种权。该数据包含品种名称、所属属（种）、品种权号、品种权人、申请号、申请日及培育人等信息。

Announcement No. 13 of 2020 was issued by the National Forestry and Grassland Administration. Pursuant to the provisions of the Seed Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on the Protection of New Varieties of Plants of the People's Republic of China, and the Implementing Rules of the Regulations on the Protection of New Varieties of Plants of the People's Republic of China (Forestry Sector), 166 applications for plant variety rights including "Scintilla" (Xintila) met the authorization requirements after undergoing procedures such as acceptance of applications, preliminary examination and substantial examination. The National Forestry and Grassland Administration decided to grant the plant variety rights. This dataset contains information such as variety name, affiliated genus (species), variety right number, variety right holder, application number, application date and breeder.
