资源简介:
Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a group of fatal malignancies characterized by high metastatic capacity, the underlying mechanisms of which remain largely elusive. We found here that insulin-like growth factor 2 mRNA binding protein 3 (IGF2BP3) is highly expressed in breast cancer and correlated clinically with TNBC metastasis and patient prognosis. To investigate the downstream mechanism of IGF2BP3 regulation of TNBC, we performed RNA-seq on three repeated siNC and siIGF2BP3-treated MDA-MB-231 cells. Overall design: Total RNA was extracted from MDA-MB-231 cells transfected with siIGF2BP3 or siNC after 48 hours. Three repeated siNC and siIGF2BP3-treated cells were conducted for RNA-seq.
