WFS service of the urban development plan “Between Güterbahnhofstraße, Bahnhofstaße, Karlstraße and Friedrichstraße” of the city of Kornwestheim, which has been transformed according to INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.科恩韦斯海姆（Kornwestheim）市的城市发展规划（范围为Güterbahnhofstraße、Bahnhofstaße、Karlstraße与Friedrichstraße沿线区域）所对应的Web要素服务（Web Feature Service，WFS），该服务基于5.0版本的XPlanung数据集，并已按照欧盟空间信息基础设施指令（INSPIRE）的规范完成转换。
