Factors affecting Responsibility Accounting and its impact on Management Performance of textile and garment enterprises in Vietnam - DATA

Data for this study mainly comes from responses of managers and accounting staff at large-scale garment enterprises in Vietnam via questionnaires. The collected answers are imported into SPSS and Amos software to calculate, and create data for the author to analyze. This dataset includes SPSS data imported, CFA and AMOS result. Respondents consented to publication of results from this study on the condition that their identity will not be revealed (stated in their consent form). Therefore, the dataset does not include their personal information.本研究的数据主要来源于越南大型服装企业的管理人员与会计人员通过问卷调研所提交的反馈信息。所收集的答卷被导入SPSS与Amos软件进行运算处理，生成可供作者开展分析的数据集。本数据集包含导入后的SPSS原始数据、验证性因子分析（Confirmatory Factor Analysis，CFA）结果以及Amos分析结果。参与调研的受访者已同意本研究结果公开，且明确要求其身份不得被泄露（该条款已载明于知情同意书）。因此，本数据集未包含任何受访者的个人信息。
