湖南省1：400万县级行政区划数据集（1985年）包括湖南省1985年县级行政区划数据和县级行政驻地点数据。县级行政区划数据包括了县级行政单元的名称、拼音、行政区划代码、变迁情况等信息；驻地点数据包括县级行政单元驻地的位置信息，驻地的级别、变迁情况等信息。
Hunan Province 1:4 Million County-level Administrative Division Dataset (1985) includes two core datasets: county-level administrative division data and county-level administrative resident point data for Hunan Province in 1985. The county-level administrative division data contains details such as the name, pinyin, administrative division code, and historical changes of each county-level administrative unit. The resident point data covers the location information of the residences of these county-level administrative units, as well as the level and historical changes of these residences.
