Final energy consumption by sector

Final energy consumption covers the energy consumption of end-users, such as industry, transport, households, services and agriculture. It excludes consumption of the energy sector itself and losses occurring during transformation and distribution of energy (e.g. power plants, district heating plants, oil refineries, coke ovens, blast furnaces). It is also excluding all non-energy use of energy carriers (e.g. natural gas used for producing chemicals, oil based lubricants, bitumen used for road surface). Quantities delivered to international aviation and international marine bunkers are also excluded from the final energy consumption.

终端能源消费量涵盖终端用能主体的能源消耗，包括工业、交通运输、居民生活、服务业以及农业领域的用能。该统计范畴不包含能源行业自身的能源消耗，以及能源转换与输送过程中产生的损耗（例如发电厂、区域供热厂、炼油厂、炼焦炉、高炉的相关损耗）。同时也不包括能源载体的非能源用途消耗，例如用于化工生产的天然气、石油基润滑油、用于路面铺设的沥青。交付用于国际航空和国际船舶燃料补给的能源量，亦不计入终端能源消费量。
