Human peripheral T cells were stimulated for 72 h with the OKT3 (1 µg/ml) and anti-CD28 (0.5 µg/ml) mAbs in the presence or absence of increasing concentrations of VCE-003, and the culture supernatants were collected and assayed for cytokines and chemokines.
