Research on validity and reliability of the Individualised Care Scale for Nurses in Croatia

The construct validity was examined by way of a confirmatory factor analysis whereby the fit indices were calculated for the overall model. The internal consistency was estimated using McDonald’s Omega and Cronbach’s Alpha method among other correlation measures.
