Secretome-Mediated Antimicrobial and Immunomodulatory Activity of Lactobacillus johnsonii Against Multidrug-Resistant Enteroaggregative Escherichia coli

This dataset supports the manuscript "Secretome-Mediated Antimicrobial and Immunomodulatory Activity of Lactobacillusjohnsonii Against Multidrug-Resistant Enteroaggregative Escherichia coli". The files comprise both raw and processed datasets encompassing in vitro antimicrobial assays, analyses of bioactive fractions derived from Lactobacillus johnsonii (L. johnsonii) against multidrug-resistant Enteroaggregative Escherichia coli (MDR- EAEC), as well as immunomodulatory studies and presentation materials generated during data analysis. Collectively, these datasets provide robust experimental evidence supporting the antimicrobial efficacy and gut-protective potential of L. johnsonii. Detailed protocols are available in the manuscript. These datasets may benefit researchers interested in probiotics, gut microbiota, antimicrobial resistance, and host–pathogen interactions. All experiments were conducted in compliance with institutional ethical guidelines.
