Biometric data and statistical analyses of gilthead seabream juveniles from Behavioural types correlate with the gut microbiome in juvenile wild and reared gilthead seabream

This file includes biometric data (size, weight, and other metrics) for all wild and reared gilthead seabream individuals analyzed in the study. It also contains the statistical analyses performed to assess the relationship between behavioral types (from five behavioral axes) and the gut microbiome. The analyses include univariate and multivariate tests, as well as network structure analyses, comparing wild and reared groups.
