Inlist files for gyre_tides paper

MESA (r22.11.1) inlist files used in preparation of the paper "gyre_tides: Modeling binary tides within the GYRE stellar oscillation code". Two sub-directories are provided in the tar.gz archive: koi54/work --- inlists for the KOI-54 model 5Msun/work --- inlists for the 5 solar-mass B-star model In each sub-directory, the 'inlist_to_zams' file evolves the model from pre-main sequence to the ZAMS, and the 'inlist_to_target' file then evolves the model from the ZAMS to the final target. Parameters shared by both runs are contained in the subsidiary 'inlist_common' file.
