Ocean acidification has multiple modes of action on bivalve larvae

In order to allow full comparability with other ocean acidification data sets, the R package seacarb (Gattuso et al, 2015) was used to compute a complete and consistent set of carbonate system variables, as described by Nisumaa et al. (2010). In this dataset the original values were archived in addition with the recalculated parameters (see related PI). The date of carbonate chemistry calculation is 2015-07-09.为实现与其他海洋酸化数据集的全面可比性，本研究采用R语言包seacarb（Gattuso等，2015）计算得到一套完整且一致的碳酸盐系统变量，具体方法参照Nisumaa等（2010）的描述。本数据集同时归档了原始观测值与重新计算得到的参数（详见相关项目负责人（Principal Investigator，PI）信息）。碳酸盐化学参数的计算日期为2015年7月9日。
