本数据位龙里生态园2007年四月野外生态调查方法及实验总结。主要包括以下内容：（一）植物群落野外样方调查；包括样方设置、生态调查内容。（二）植物样品采样；具体为确定样地内的优势种，然后对乔木、灌木、草本的优势种进行采样。（三）植物样品处理及实验；包括植物样品处理及实验步骤、植物样品采集清单等。（四）生物量调查。
This dataset compiles the field ecological survey methods and experimental summaries conducted in Longli Ecological Park in April 2007. It mainly includes the following contents: (1) Field quadrat survey of plant communities, covering quadrat establishment and ecological survey contents; (2) Plant sample collection: specifically, first identify the dominant species within the survey plots, then collect samples from the dominant arbor, shrub and herbaceous species; (3) Plant sample processing and experiments, including plant sample processing and experimental procedures, plant sample collection lists, etc.; (4) Biomass survey.
