THE ROLE OF DIGITAL TOOLS IN THE PREPARATION OF DETAILED LAND-USE PLANS FOR EFFECTIVE SPATIAL DEVELOPMENT OF TERRITORIAL COMMUNITIES (Dataset)

This dataset supports the research article “The Role of Digital Tools in the Preparation of Detailed Land-Use Plans for Effective Spatial Development of Territorial Communities” and provides a structured model of spatial and digital data used in the preparation of detailed territorial plans (DTPs). The dataset is based on the case of the Lviv urban territorial community and reflects the application of digital tools, municipal geoportals and urban planning cadastre data in spatial planning processes. The dataset includes a classification of key spatial data layers, an attribute schema for documenting detailed territorial plans, sample tabular records and a textual description of the data model. All data presented in the dataset are synthetic and illustrative; they do not contain real coordinates, cadastral numbers, personal data or official planning decisions. The dataset is intended for research, educational and methodological purposes, including studies on the digitalisation of urban planning, spatial development of territorial communities, and the implementation of FAIR data principles in land-use and urban planning domains. The files are provided in open formats to ensure findability, accessibility, interoperability and reusability of the data.
