The present invention is a hooked white squid ( berryteuthis magister) Derived delta 4 desaturase gene, fatty acid elongation enzyme gene, delta 5 desaturase gene, and omega 3 desaturase gene and eel (Muraenesox cinereus) To a method for producing a transgenic plant that biosynthesizes DHA by simultaneously expressing the derived delta 6 unsaturated enzyme gene, relates to a transgenic plant prepared by the method and its seeds, wherein the five DHA biosynthetic genes of the present invention contain linoleic acid. When simultaneously expressed in oil and fat plants such as perilla, DHA can be produced in plants. Therefore, it can be usefully used in the development of varieties of oils and fats such as high-functional perilla.
