Data for thesis: Calibration of UAV thermal imagery and its influence on evapotranspiration estimation in a montane peatland

This dataset is a part of the Master's thesis "Calibration of UAV thermal imagery and its influence on evapotranspiration estimation in a montane peatland: a case study of Úpské rašeliniště" (Daniela Dančejová, Charles University, 2026) and the analysis code at https://github.com/dancejod/masters-thesis. The archive (thesis_data.zip) unpacks into two folders that the code expects at the repository root. data/ stores the calibrated and raw thermal orthomosaics, the MicaSense Altum-PT multispectral orthomosaic and the DSM (data/ortho); sample DJI H20T thermal iamges and TCP reference images (data/h20t); and the ground reference, weather station, coordinate and area-of-interest files (data/ancillary). The results/ folder stores a single backup file (the ELC model) in case the reproduction of the model fails. See the repository README for setup and reproduction instructions.
