Fortnightly measurement of the soil solution chemistry in 4 soil depths with zero-tension lysimeter below the litter layer and with tension lysimeters at depths of 15, 50 and 80 cm (8 replicates)
Purpose:
To characterize the chemical status of the soil solution and to detect trends in soil water quality. To assess the effects of air pollution and climate chnage on soil water quality.
