The objective of the Model of Measurement of the Voice of Citizenship is to maintain a continuous conversational state with the citizenry to develop improvement actions that will be measured later according to the perception of one’s own citizenship and what he expects from the service.公民声音测评模型（Model of Measurement of the Voice of Citizenship）旨在与全体公民建立持续的对话机制，以制定改进方案，后续将基于公民自身感知及其对相关服务的预期对该等方案开展效果评估。
