资源简介:
The aims of this study were to i) display the microbial diversity, abundance and composition along water column of two different locations in Antarctic Ocean; ii) investigate whether the different functional groups of bacterioplankton coexist together or apart from each other in the different water depths; iii) to determine the impact of environmental factors, particularly temperature, salinity and depth on the Antarctic microbial communities. Water samples were collected at station A (47°10′ W, 61°30′ S) and station B (44°40′ W, 61°28′ S) in December 2011 and January 2012, respectively. The 16S rRNA gene hypervariable V4 region (~207 bp) was amplified using the primers: 16S-F (5’-AYTGGGYDTAAAGNG-3’) and 16S-R (5’-TACNVGGGTATCTAATCC-3’) (16). Sequencing was performed on an Illumina MiSeq instrument using a pair-end 150-bp sequence read run with Titanium reagents at Personal Biotechnology Company (Shanghai, China)
