Phytophthora infestans strain:1306 Genome sequencing and assembly

The goal was to create an assembly of the potato/tomato pathogen Phytophthora infestans using long sequencing reads, linking libraries, an optical map, and a genetic linkage map. The assembly was then used to study karyotype and transcriptional variation between strains and sexual progeny.
