Informal International Organizations Dataset

Time-series, cross-sectional dataset of state membership in informal international organizations. Country-IO-year level data for 260 informal IOs from 1925-2010. Data used in: (1) Roger, Charles and Rowan, Sam. (2022). \"Analyzing International Organizations: How the Concepts We Use Affect the Answers We Get.\" Review of International Organizations; and (2) Roger, Charles and Rowan, Sam. (2022). \"The New Terrain of Global Governance: Mapping Membership in Informal IOs\" Journal of Conflict Resolution.
