因受領遲延、拒絕受領或不能受領之土地徵收補償費，自通知送達發生效力之日起，逾15年未領取將歸屬國庫之案件(49)
Cases (49) concerning land expropriation compensation fees that, in scenarios where the entitled parties have delayed acceptance, refused acceptance, or are unable to accept the fees, will escheat to the national treasury if unclaimed for more than 15 years from the date when the relevant notice is served and takes legal effect.
