FRM Target Areas

Flood Risk Management Target Areas (FRM TA's) are a geographical dataset that identifies areas which are the focus of targeted flood risk management objectives and actions, as identified in Scotland’s National Flood Risk Management Plans 2021. FRM TA's are located within Potentially Vulnerable Areas (PVA's) which are a broader unit of management, though in some case the FRM TA can comprise an entire PVA. The actions and objectives of each FRM TA are identified in the Flood Risk Management (FRM) Plans.These 444 areas are reviewed and updated throughout the FRM cycle, our latest amendments were made on 22 December 2021.洪水风险管理目标区域（Flood Risk Management Target Areas，简称FRM TA）是一类地理数据集，用于标识苏格兰2021年《国家洪水风险管理计划》中明确的、作为针对性洪水风险管理目标与行动核心关注的区域。FRM TA均位于潜在脆弱区域（Potentially Vulnerable Areas，简称PVA）范围内，后者为范围更广的管理单元；不过部分场景下，单个FRM TA可涵盖完整的PVA。每个FRM TA对应的行动与目标均在《洪水风险管理（Flood Risk Management，简称FRM）计划》中予以明确。该数据集共计444个区域，将在整个洪水风险管理周期内接受审核与更新，最近一次修订完成于2021年12月22日。
