WMS INSPIRE BPL Half morning

WMS service of the urban development plan “half-morning” of the city of Waibstadt, transformed according to INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.本数据集为魏布斯塔特市‘半晨（half-morning）’城市开发规划的网络地图服务（Web Map Service，WMS），依据欧盟空间信息基础设施（Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community，INSPIRE）规范完成转换，其数据源为5.0版本的XPlanung数据集。
