Depression–Anxiety Relationships with Internet Gaming Disorder among Health Sciences Students

This dataset supports the study titled “Depression–Anxiety Relationships with Internet Gaming Disorder among Health Sciences Students.” The study examined the prevalence of Internet Gaming Disorder (IGD) and its association with depression and anxiety symptoms among 362 health sciences students at Najran University, Saudi Arabia.The dataset includes anonymized demographic variables (age, gender, academic achievement, gaming duration), IGD scores (IGDS9-SF), depression scores (CES-D), and anxiety scores (GAD scale). All responses were collected via an online survey and have been fully anonymized to ensure participant confidentiality.The dataset is provided for academic and research purposes only and is accompanied by a variable codebook.
