<p>This survey was sponsored by Time Magazine and CNN, and conducted by the Yankelovich Partners, Inc. A National sample of 1,227 adults plus an oversample of 215 Blacks were interviewed on February 5-6, 1997. Major topics covered: foreign policy priorities; Clinton job performance; United Nations; heroes.</p>
