Orange Image Analytics

The data comprises four different image sets to showcase the transfer learning approach and illustrate the power of the image analytics tool developed in Orange Data Mining environment (http://orange.biolab.si). In all case studies, the images were labeled with one of the classes, for which we provide the frequency statistics that report on how many images belonged to a specific class. The images include progenitor cells in mouse bone healing, identification of developmental competence in mouse oocytes, sub-cellular protein localization in yeast, and developmental morphology of social amoebae.<br>
