Documentation for data acquired near-bottom in 2021 from 41.72° N along the frontal thrust of the Cascadia Margin with MBARI's Mapping AUV (MAUV2)

This documentation is for MBARI's Mapping AUV (MAUV2) mission 20210801m2 collected in 2021. It comprises a notes file which contains a hand-entered record of the mission, and includes data lists, and the processing script used to process the data sets. The files are in ASCII format. The AUV survey mission was conducted during the 2021 cruise on R/V Rachel Carson along the Cascadia Margin. Cruise Chief Scientists - David Caress, Charles Paull; PI - Jenna Hill; and, investigators: Jenifer B. Paduan, Eve Lundsten and Janet Watt. Data were acquired as part of a collaborative research project between MBARI and the U.S. Geological Survey. Funding for the AUV mapping was provided from the David and Lucile Packard Foundation.
