Angiography Pulse Wave Coherence Data

Human angiography data. The file naming convention is Subject.Projection.DataType.h5. There are 4 human subjects. The data are anonymized. The study was approved by the Massachusetts General Hospital ethics committee. The same cardiac signal (pulse oximeter) applies to each projection. Raw space angiograms are formatted as real-valued data but otherwise untransformed. Cardiac space angiograms are wavelet transformed to represent cardiac frequency phenomena as complex-valued data. We provide python3 and Julia programs formatted as Jupiter notebooks for perusing the data.
