RNAseq from 8 somite stage PSM

RNAseq from somite-paired pre-somitic mesoderm from E8.5 embryo tailbuds at the 8-somite developmental stage Tailbuds containing the pre-somitic mesoderm from 3 embryos for each genotype (Smchd1+/+ and Smchd1MommeD43/MommeD43) were dissected from E8.5 embryos to be used as biological replicates. The somite number of the embryos is an accurate measure of the developmental stage of embryos. This tissue is the most relevant to look at Hox gene expression.本数据集包含处于8体节（somite）发育阶段、胚胎日龄E8.5的胚胎尾芽中与体节配对的前体节中胚层（pre-somitic mesoderm）的RNA测序（RNAseq）数据。针对两种基因型（Smchd1+/+与Smchd1MommeD43/MommeD43），各取3枚E8.5胚胎的尾芽（包含前体节中胚层组织）进行解剖分离，作为生物学重复（biological replicates）样本。胚胎的体节数目可精准反映其发育阶段，该组织是研究同源框基因（Hox gene）表达的最相关样本类型。
