This dataset is used to verify the application demonstration effect of the integrated project achievements, specifically that the logistics service demand response rate is increased by 15% and the supply-demand matching rate is increased by 30%.

The dataset is sourced from the intelligent factory parts management system, and covers two sets of data from December 2022 of the system: the first set contains the pre-allocation status of material order quantities and warehouse inventory quantities, while the second set includes both the pre-allocation status and loading status of the aforementioned metrics.

The logistics service demand response rate is calculated as (number of completed loading operations / (number of failed pre-allocation operations + number of completed loading operations)), which is 99.08%, exceeding the 99% threshold. The supply-demand matching rate is calculated as (number of successful pre-allocation operations / number of completed loading operations), which reaches 100%, exceeding the 95% threshold.
