Purpose: The goals of this study are to compare control and Sox2-deficient embryonic stem cells transcriptome profiling (RNA-seq) to evaluate the target genes regulated by Sox2. mRNA profiles of Sox2F/F and Sox2-/- embryonic stem cells were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate, using Illumina Novaseq6000.
